Finwe wears underpants, although in this house we struggle to not call them panties, having had girls first. Unless he is outside, he prefers to sit while peeing. Yet, once he gets the chance to water the grass, he draws designs by swishing his hips. Obviously, this is not a talent one needs to learn.
