I am happy to report that words are flowing. Sentences are in development, too. Hi vocabulary increases all the time. We'll be reaching the terrible two's (which is really just terrible because they are trying to tell you something and you don't understand) because his word for peanut butter sounds like his words for play-dough and another.
Our latest challenge is that he has forgotten how to sleep through the night. Phill and I alternate getting him from the crib so that we can plop him on the sun room floor atop the sleeping bags. We join him. He then sleeps through the night. I suppose we should buy a twin mattress, which we would just set on the floor. Then we could lay down on a mattress instead of the camping mattress. We are beginning to get too old for that. Well, Phill is.

The glasses are charming! He is a handsome boy. I think you should just invest in a mattress. I can't stand the camping ones for any length of time. Certainly not for every night or every other night. We have a good mattress from IKEA that is about half the depth of a normal twin. It folds in half. I throw an egg crate on top and then sheets. It's pretty comfy and was inexpensive. We pull it out when the kids stay with us too. Hugs.
