Play Ball

Today I watched Finwe use his right hand to repeatedly swat a beach ball so that it would keep rolling. Here's the play by play:

1. Grab beach ball from sunroom. Smile, laugh, smile.
   
2. Whap the ball really hard so that it rolls.
3. Giggle.
4. Crawl with hand slapping sounds to the ball.
5. Repeat steps 2-4 until the ball reaches the door to the garage across the house from the sunroom.
6. Deftly grab the ball with left hand making Mommy rethink that I just couldn't grab the ball.
7. Repeat steps 1-6 back to the sunroom.

He made three round trips. I am not making this up. He was delighted. Such stamina for a baby. Such focus. He will be trouble, and I'll love every minute of it.
