Inwe and Larien no longer call me "Mommy". I am now just "Mom". They didn't check with me first. If they had I would have said, "You will call me Mommy. I like being called Mommy. Mom is my mother. I am Mommy."
And, if I had said that I'm sure Inwe would have said, "No your mom is Mom Mom. You are now Mom."
Do you know how weird it is to have your not quite three year old call out "Mom"? Mind you, it doesn't help that she can emit some serious attitude of which a pre-teen would be proud.
And, let's just rub the salt in some more, shall we?
Phill is still "Daddy".
